Qualified and expert training
We’ve got more qualifications than we can count, but we don’t let it go to our heads. We dedicate ourselves to every Care Specialist in our team, so they can provide you with the specialised and personalised care you deserve. Every new Care Specialist that joins our team undergoes a comprehensive five-day induction before they join the community. All of our Care Specialists are then assessed constantly to ensure their suitability.

We make sure you have the most experienced professionals working for you and our Directors have over 20 years between them of hands on care experience themselves. This means that every person in our company recognises outstanding care and how to deliver/manage the care we provide professionally and personally.
