Dementia
In England 4.3 people per 100 population aged 65 years and over have a recorded diagnosis of dementia on their GP practice record in 2018. We have specially trained staff to care for individuals with Dementia. Our Care Specialists promote independence and self-worth. We believe that keeping a person in their own home, for as long as possible, is best for a high quality of life. Our Care Specialists make this possible with a unique and personal Plan of Care. This will ensure the safety and independence of the person is at the heart of our Care.
We're here for you
We provide support for you and your family in need of care and support, regardless of the situation or disability. Our Care Specialists tailor their skills, training and knowledge to your individual needs or concerns. You and your needs are put at the centre of our universe! This will result in providing care that is unique and special to you and all of your requirements. Nothing is ever too much for us. You and your family/loved ones are our main concern.
Training
All of our Care Specialists are fully trained and also undertake intense training courses, delivered by our in-house qualified Trainer/Diploma Assessor, before they are allowed any contact with individuals in receipt of our care. All of our Care Specialists receive a comprehensive 5 day induction and are constantly monitored for quality and competency.
Nutrition
In 2017, 29% of adults were eating the recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Poor diet and nutrition are recognised as major contributory risk factors for ill health and premature death. At Prepare4care , we ensure that our Care Services provides healthy and balanced diets tailored to individual requirements. We understand everyone's tastes are different and unique.

Medical Alert System
A Medical Alert System ensures that we know where our Care Specialists are and that you receive the Care and Support you deserve, at the times you require. Never be worried about your Care Support assistance again!

About Us

Prepare4care do not discriminate and provide both male and female Care Specialists. We are happy to meet needs where possible but if you are not happy to have a male Care Specialist this must be stated on enquiry.
Intensive Care
For individuals requiring intensive care, we can provide two Care Specialists. We ensure that Care Packages are completely unique and individual to what you need and want! You will receive a comprehensive Care Plan which will highlight all your needs, wants and wishes.

We place great importance on direct contact with you, and that starts with how we communicate. We never let concerns or complaints obscure the human at the heart of it all. We encourage you to speak up, and all of our team work on a no secrets policy. We will never brush aside your concerns or complaints. Your worries are our worries and we will ensure that we act fast to ensure you feel comfortable with your care.
